One sentence, ask for Mr. Richard, great salesman, no b.s. and genuinely wants to help with any questions or concerns you may have. And last but not least, he lays out the dynamics of a car or multiple cars without coercion and allows the customer to actually buy the car the customer chooses and not vice-versa. Good guy
