I have very poor credit and I could not put anything down for a down payment. I was up front about that and asked if they could work with that. Alex showed 10/10 customer service and very kindly said they would see what they could do and after very hard work from their side going through many banks, I left that dealership without putting anything down for one of my dream suvs! 100% would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car!
