Yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing a luxury vehicle from AutoBoutique in Jacksonville, FL. Over the last two weeks, I've been to roughly 20+ car dealerships, and I can honestly say this is one of the ones that made a huge positive impact on my experience. Patrick and Ali were just simply absolutely AMAZING. We traveled from Port Wentworth, GA; they welcomed us with open arms. Although there were MANY customers in the building I still felt like I was #1!!! There was no feeling of being pressured. They were extremely supportive, responsive, informative/knowledgeable, and very respectful. The car does have cosmetic issues; Ali stepped in and assured he would square it away and confirmed replacement parts were ordered while onsite; we confirmed that we will resolve those concerns upon delivery at a later date. I loved the way Patrick carried himself. He's not your average salesman; he walks in style, honesty, and confidence. The process was VERY smooth, and done with a sense of purpose, integrity, and urgency. I'm looking forward to seeing the overall results as we continue to compete repairs in the future. Thanks guys!

Purchased a Kia Niro from Auto Boutique and I have nothing but great things to say. Was treated with respect from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted at the reception. From that second on I had a wonderful experience with my trade-in with the buying specialist. The salesman showed me four vehicles and parked each on in the front for me to look at. No pushy salesman trying to get me to buy what they wanted. After choosing the right vehicle for me, the deal was completed and there was nothing hidden that I didn't know what I was paying for. In the finance department everything went smooth and I he was very informative and didn't push anything I didn't want. Overall and excellent experience and I have no problem buying from them again. This was actually my second purchase from Auto Boutique. Again, awesome experience and I am very satisfied with everyone and every aspect of my experience. I know not everyone will be as satisfied as I am, but I am VERY satisfied with Auto Boutique Jacksonville.

I still love my car I purchaced from auto boutique I ran into a little issue, the COO Rob Thompson called me personally he was professional, courteous,gracious, understanding and easy to get along with he went above and beyond to come to a resolution this is the kind of dealership everyday people need thats not trying to stab there customers in the back or do any kind of underhanded bull, they have my utmost respect at the end of the day, to get a call from a big company's COO wanting to come to an understanding to help solve an issue hats off!!!
