I bought an Audi TT roadster from auto-boutique and had it shipped and registered in texas. Great car, easy process (long test drive!) and exellent customer service- they had to deal with Texas registration which they handled perfectly! 5 stars!

This was my first car buying experience and I was dreading it due to stories I have heard about the process being nothing but arguments that take the entire day. My experience last night with Nat was the exact opposite. My purchase was complete in 2 hours, no hassling, no arguments, very easy to work with, great pricing, and excellent customer service. Before coming here, I visited several dealerships, and I can confidently say that Nathalia is the best salesperson I’ve worked with in Jacksonville. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and, most importantly, helped us find a vehicle that actually met our needs instead of simply focusing on making a sale. By the end of the process, we were extremely happy with our purchase and with the overall experience.
