My first car-buying experience, and it was excellent
This was the first time I ever bought a car, and I came in nervous—scared, actually. I expected pressure, games, maybe even some intimidation. But this place wasn’t like that at all.
The dealership wasn’t some dark, cramped backlot—it's big, bright, and open. That mattered to me. It felt safe, like I wasn’t walking into a trap. Everyone I met was friendly, no fake smiles, just straight-up respectful. That’s rare. And that’s what made the difference.
There was no pressure. No haggling. No tricks. It was clean, professional, and easy.
Luda was my salesperson. She knew the car, knew what she was doing, and she didn’t waste my time. She treated me with respect, like a real customer, not a target.
It was raining the day I bought my car, so I came back on my birthday to get a proper photo with the red bow. I forgot my phone, but Luda stepped in and took the pictures for me and sent them right away.
I left happy. When I need another car, I will be back.
ps: Luda said my hair color matches the bow and I agree, what do you think?
