I truly despise car shopping. Sure, it's fun to browse and dream, but the waiting, sitting around, and negotiating? Definitely not my thing. I wasn’t looking forward to the experience at all. I was on the hunt for a specific car and had visited several lots, coming up empty each time. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel, I decided to check out one last place. That’s when I met Nathalia—kind, calm, and genuine. No pushy sales tactics, no exaggerated facts—just a relaxed, friendly conversation that felt more like chatting with a friend than buying a car. Once I realized this was the car, I sat down with Colin, who made the deal happen. I came in prepared—with a price and my financing already in place—but Colin earned my trust and made the negotiation process feel smooth and respectful.
